FBLA Members Attend Regional Conference

On January 30, CCHS 88 FBLA members attended the regional conference at Forest Mill Church of Christ. Out of 88 members who attended, 56 competed, and 50 qualified for the state leadership conference. Along with the students who placed, 16 members were awarded their Future and Business Awards for completing tasks related to business activities in the classroom. During the conference, students competed in their competitions and attended workshops.

From March 11 to March 14, members will attend the state leadership conference, in Chattanooga to compete at a more advanced level with other members across the state. At the state conference, students will compete in competitions, attend workshops, and visit the Chattanooga Aquarium. To prepare for the state conference, students will research topics, write reports, design graphics, and create presentations. After the state leadership conference, students who qualify will have the chance to compete at the National Leadership Conference in Baltimore, Maryland on June 26-July 2.
