Tatum Baldwin, Reporter/Photographer

On March 11-14, Coffee County High School’s FBLA chapter attended the annual State Leadership Conference in Chattanooga. There were 75 students who competed in various events, went to workshops, and learned new business skills.

In each competition, the top four places have the opportunity to attend the National Leadership Conference in Baltimore, Maryland, this June. Students will be able to compete in 22 different competitions at the National Conference. Coffee County had eight first place winners, five second place winners, five third place winners, four fourth place winners, and four fifth place winners. In addition, Weston Hargrove was elected the Tennessee State Reporter, and Brooke Freeze received the “Who’s Who” award. Additionally, 13 students received the Leader Award. Below is a list of winners from the conference.

The Coffee Press congratulates all of the winners and wishes them the best of luck as they compete at the national conference.
