The CCCHS girls’ basketball team is playing with teamwork and perseverance this season.

The Lady Raiders have played 16 games  with a team record of 15-1. Their current district record is 2-0, outting them in first place..

Although this season has had many highs, Coach Cope admits that Lawrence Co. has been their most difficult opponent . He would like to highlight the nearing game against Shelbyville on January 16.

Coach Cope does not want to highlight one player specifically, but the team as a whole. He states,”The team has been playing together to accomplish everything so far.”

Teamwork helped the Lady Raiders get to where they are and they are sure to continue in their efforts as a team throughout the season. They recently destroyed rival Tullahoma by a score of 47-30.

As up and coming games approach, the team would like to encourage all of the student body to come out and show its support.
