I begin my review with three words……..Peppermint Chip Milkshake. The Chick-fil-A seasonal drink debuted on Monday, November 16 and the world will never be the same.

If you had talked to me the week of November 16 through the 18th, you would know the sheer excitement I felt during the weeks leading up to the milkshakes debut.

When I was informed about the arrival of the shake, I immediately made plans to drive to Chick-fil-A. I was disheartened to realize that I had forgotten my wallet and home and had to postpone my trip to Tuesday.

At approximately 3:00 PM, I (and two other friends) loaded into the car and drove to the Tullahoma Chick-fil-A. We pulled into the drive-through and ordered 2 small peppermint chip milkshakes, 1 chocolate milkshake, and some fries. 

When we pulled up to the window, you could imagine my surprise when I was handed a peach milkshake! I was so flustered that I could barely form the words “I’m sorry, this is supposed to be a peppermint chip milkshake.”

When the error was corrected, I held my milkshake thinking about the glorious flavor experience I was about to endure. I took a sip of my milkshake; and instantly, my cup of joy overflowed. The minty, delectable taste that I witnessed was one that is impossible to put into words.

The Chick-fil-A milkshake seems to be in a league of its own, as no other fast food restaurant has announced a seasonal milkshake beverage. I recently went to Baskin-Robbins and was shocked to hear that BR failed to create a holiday ice cream. 

Since the launch of the peppermint shake, I have driven the 30 minutes to Tullahoma three times and the peppermint chip shake just keeps getting better with every drive.

 The peppermint chip milkshake was the BEST thing I could have ever bought at any establishment ever. If I was offered by Publishers Clearing House the option of 1 million dollars a day or 1 free peppermint milkshake each day, I would probably choose the peppermint milkshake. 

The peppermint shake gets an overall 20/10.
