On Nov. 8,2024, the CCCHS theatre program’s production of “Night of The Living Dead: Live” opened. The cast and crew both worked diligently to solidify the production and after many rigorous rehearsals, they were more than excited to begin an exhilarating weekend of shows. The cast of the show consisted of the following people: Grace Anderson as Barbra, Jordan Colwell as Ben, Ethan Bennett as Harry, Rex Baker as Tom, Caitlynn Buchanan as Helen, and Haley Roberts as Judy. Working as stage manager was Emily Nipper, assisted by Jay Eaton. When asked about his stance on the show, Bennett said, “I do think the show will turn out pretty well, mainly because our cast, crew, director, etc. are all super into this show.”

Similarly, when Anderson was posed with the question of whether or not she enjoyed her role as Barbra, she stated, “I absolutely love my role! I love working with the actors for both Ben and Johnny. I also enjoy playing with her development throughout the show’s different endings.”

When Roberts was asked about her stance regarding whether or not people should come to see the show, she wrote, “This show is going to be hilarious! Everyone should come to see it. It’s very funny and a little spooky, and I think that our entire cast sells the show from an acting standpoint.”

Those were just some of the many things said by the cast of “Night of The Living Dead: Live”. The cast and crew worked long hours to pull the show together, and they were ecstatic to pull off a successful production.
